U.S. CLASSIC TYPE COINSPLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEED TO UP DATE THIS PAGE WITH NEW PRICES TO REFLECT CURRENT MARKET VALUES SEE OUR SPECIFIC U.S. COIN SERIES PAGES FOR UP-DATED PRICES One way to build a U.S. coin collection is to collect by major type. It is possible to put together an interesting and historic classic American collection by having just one example of each major type of non-gold coin. We can also supply holders for 19th Century type coins at reasonable cost. Below we have selected many of those key types, many at reasonable prices for the new collector with a modest budget. These are nice coins for their grade with honest wear but with their main design elements clear. The Good- Very Good designation will be a coin at least Good and likely between these two grades. In all cases good value will be provided. There are certain very early and scarce types before 1800 that we have excluded from this listing. Dates are of our selection. Please do not ask for specific dates from this list but go to our U.S. Coins web page with the series and date you are seeking. If you are seeking better coins or specific varieties see U.S. individual listings under the denomination in this Web Site. Also write to us if you do not see what you want, including grade you are seeking. We can only list a very small part of our very large inventory. See the bottom of this page for a nice U.S. type collection at a special price. Good searching!
