ORDERING COINS ON THE WEB
Ordering via our COINS INTERNATIONAL WEB SITE is simple and direct. Locate the item you wish to purchase and provide in your communication the country, denomination, date, mint, and condition along with the price as stated on the web page. Send a check drawn on a U.S. bank or U.S. Postal Money Order in U.S. dollars, plus postage, insurance, and handling. If you wish special handling of your shipment such as overnight, Priority, special insurance, etc. extra charges will be required. Overnight minimum is $13.00 plus insurance.
You can either reserve your coins via E-Mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via our Fax. If you have any questions you can also send them via E-Mail or Fax or call us. All coins listed are subject to being already sold and subject to market price change and availability. It is always helpful to add alternative selections.
Please note that the coins we have listed are only a small fraction of those we have in stock. We have many common and rare coins not listed and you can send to us via E-Mail, Fax, or real mail a list of those items you are seeking (email@example.com) and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Please cite not only the coins or other items you are seeking but also the condition you desire and price range, if possible.
The regular rates for postage, insurance, and handling for small and light coin orders are:
Note that shipping costs may be different for special items, heavier items or fragile goods. Some sets in cases may require some additional shipping costs. See also individual pages for special additional information on shipping costs. Please add $13.00 to the above figures if you wish overnight delivery with good payment/check clearance.
Stamp orders between $10.00 and $15.00 shipping is $1.70; and up to $25.00 shipping will be $2.10, and for orders up to $100 shipping will be just $3.00.
NOTE FOR ORDERS WITH ROLLS: Postage will be increased for rolls due to Post Office charges for insurance, heavier material and their method of charging by distance. Basic roll order postage/insurance, etc. requires $5.00 for the first roll, and .25 cents for each additional roll up to 10 with a value under $50.00, then by parcel post weight/distance/value. Light roll items valued at about $100 to $149, for example, to the Mid-West, require about $2.75 in insurance, plus at least $5.50 in shipping or a total of $8.25. Mail orders for rolls should still total $20.00 minimum with adjustment for insurance per above. If you are unsure of the total to include and you are ordering more than $50.00 but not more than $200 and you are on the West Coast with a heavy order, you should include at least $16.00 and any overage will be refunded via check or BU coins. If you do not include enough for shipping we will bill you before sending your order.
Minimum fillable order for shipping is $20.00, plus postage, etc. for coins, and $10.00 for stamps.
Please list Alternative Choices. We do not take credit cards yet due to internet security problems, which we hope will be solved with new technology. Our prices are more reasonable than many due to saving these extra charges/fees.

BUYERS OF RARE AND EXPENSIVE ITEMS PLEASE READ
As a fraud-prevention requirement for rare or expensive items we require verification of identity with your purchase or offer. This protects our customers and our company. We ask any prospective purchaser to provide normally a land-line telephone number upon committing to buy a high value item. We will contact you to verify your identity and discuss methods of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone your purchase or reject your offer if this is not provided.
The vast majority of members are honest and well-intentioned but like our society in general the few that prey in disproportionate numbers on sellers and buyers makes this policy necessary - besides, we think anyone making such a significant purchase would also like to know who they are buying the item from.
